Danielle Ellershaw
Danielle is an Assistant Commissioner in Tax Counsel Network responsible for providing leadership on technical issues that are a priority for the ATO. Danielle has held a range of roles in the ATO and deals with issues during audit, advice products, litigation and legislative development with a focus on international tax. Her most recent work relates to individual residency issues, the Multinational Anti-avoidance Law and legal professional privilege issues in the context of the ATO’s information gathering powers. - Current at 11 December 2019
