Abstract:
This video is a filmed session from the Women in Tax National Congress 2017, PowerPoint slides are incorporated with the presentation.

This video heard from three of Australia’s leading male champions of change as they outlined strategies to increase diversity and equality while paving the way for improved business outcomes within previously male dominated professions and industries. This facilitated panel discussion covered real-life examples regarding the journey undertaken at their own organisations, their continuing long term vision and how they address a broader social and economic strategy.

Tim Reed
Tim joined the MYOB Group in July 2004, and was appointed CEO in 2008 after spending over four years in management roles including Managing Director of MYOB Australia and MYOB Group Product Executive. Tim joins our session on Male Champions of Change. Throughout his time with the MYOB Group, Tim has overseen the business’ growth and its expansion into cloud products and Connected Services, including the acquisition of BankLink in 2013. He also led the creation of the Enterprise Division via the acquisitions of Commac and Exonet in 2007 and PayGlobal in 2014. Prior to joining the MYOB Group, Tim worked in Silicon Valley within a number of companies in global technology and internet markets. Tim is a Member of the Business Council of Australia and the Business Advisory Panel of the Minister for Small Business. - Current at 09 December 2017
