Adam Coonan is a partner in based in EY’s Sydney office. He is an MBA qualified lawyer and notary with more than 20 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors.

Adam specialises and leads our offerings in board and C-suite corporate governance regulation, policy and practice and has a particular focus on ESG issues. He advises clients on corporate governance strategy and complex governance driven priorities, many of which are now based around or arising out of sustainability considerations.
