The scope of "off the cuff advice"
How, when and why "off the cuff advice" is given
"Off the cuff advice" by phone or email
The importance of the client receiving the advice
Does your PI policy cover "off the cuff advice"?
Might the "off the cuff advice" be legal advice; and
What will the Statement of Claim look like?
