The Commissioner's struggle to prevent the movement of funds offshore in relation to the float of the Myer Emporium has received considerable press but with little clarity as to the specific issues that are likely to be involved in the unfolding of this considerably vexed and complicated drama.

Bob was until very recently the Deputy President of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT), and for over 20 years was a Professor in Taxation Law with the University of New South Wales.
