Abstract:
This analysis outlines the government's key finalised policy positions in respect of the tax treatment of permits and the CPRS, with an emphasis on significant features that have changed since the Green Paper, features that were introduced by the White Paper, and features the government is yet to fully discuss publicly in detail.
