Professional background
Róisín Arkwright, CTA, M.Tax, has worked in Australian taxation law for over 25 years, with significant experience in a technical tax training, tax policy and tax legislative analysis capacity.
Before moving to Australia and studying for a Masters of Tax, Róisín was a qualified Chartered Tax Adviser with the UK Chartered Institute of Tax (CIOT) and had 8 years of UK compliance and consulting experience.
Róisín worked for KPMG in London and Sydney for 19 years, was with Deloitte Australia for 13 years and is currently a national tax technical director with RSM Australia.
Róisín’s specialist areas are Corporate Tax including the R&D Tax Incentive, CGT and international tax issues.
