Professional background
William Calokerinos, CTA, has been a tax adviser for over 20 years, with extensive experience as a Barrister, in providing commercially focused and practical tax advice to solicitors, tax accountants and tax agents.
William was called to the NSW Bar in April 2010 and has practised from Two Wentworth chambers from that date in the CBD in Phillip Street. William’s specialist area in tax is inter alia, GST, Indirect Taxes, Corporate Tax, and Insolvency, and he enjoys the challenges that tax throws his way. In particular, the transactional matters, mergers and demergers, trust issues and matters involving a tax dispute.
William teaches part-time for the Tax Institute of Australia, UTS, and Western Sydney university, in a variety area of laws.
