Beyond Compliance: Women shaping the future of tax
As your career in tax evolves, the questions change — and sometimes circle back. From “How do I get started?” to “What’s next?”, “How do I stay in this profession long-term?”, and “How do I build a career that’s successful, sustainable, and aligned with who I am?”
This interactive luncheon is designed for women across all stages of their tax careers — from those just beginning, to established leaders and practitioners at the top of their field. It creates space for honest, meaningful conversation about the realities of building a long, fulfilling career in tax.
The session will be guided by a facilitator, and will encourage open discussion amongst attendees, giving participants a chance to reflect, share experiences, and build connections in a safe, supportive environment.
Topics will include:
- The mistake that changed my career
- Negotiating pay, fees, and flexibility
- Burnout, boundaries, and staying in the profession
- Confidence, imposter syndrome, and speaking up
