Join us for the Perth Office Crawl
Ready to see what a career in tax really looks like?
Join us for the Perth Office Crawl which promises to be a unique opportunity for students to engage with the city’s leading tax and accounting firms, meet professionals working in the profession, and discover where your tax career can take you.
In this guided tour, you’ll visit 4 leading firms across the Perth CBD including BDO, EY, Grant Thornton and RSM. At each stop, you’ll spend around 15–20 minutes learning about:
- Who the firm is and what they do
- Graduate and internship pathways
- Why their team loves working in tax
- What a day in the life looks like
You’ll also have the chance to ask questions at each stop, so come prepared with questions about careers in tax. You’ll also learn about The Tax Institute’s student membership program for undergraduate students.
Wrap-up and relax
Come together for a casual networking event after the office crawl. It’s the perfect chance to build connections and gain insights into the profession in a relaxed setting. Light refreshments will be served.
Places are limited to 30 students, so register early to secure your spot!
Note: This is a walking tour, so please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable shoes and clothing, and remember to be sun safe.

Starting point: Florence Hummerston Reserve (Mount Street side, someone will be holding a The Tax Institute sign). We will be departing at 1:25pm to go to the first firm.
