While we are confident that sufficient accommodation will be available, delegates are advised to book early to secure accommodation. All accommodation bookings must be paid in full with registration. Please note that as per booking conditions of the accommodation venues, all accommodation nights booked will be non-refundable. All additional hotel incidentals, including breakfast, remain the responsibility of delegates, and individuals will be responsible for payment of the balance of their account when checking out of the hotel. Please also note that hotels may incur extra charges for additional guests, which will be charged to individual room accounts to be settled on checkout.
