Our theme for the Congress, "Surviving and thriving in a brave new world", is an exploration of crucial topics that define modern leadership. We recognise the significance of overcoming imposter syndrome, a common hurdle on the path to success for many, the importance of fostering networks, self-coaching and how to manage your energy to empower yourself and support those around you.
In a world that thrives on interconnectedness, building a diverse and inclusive professional network is not just an aspiration but a strategic imperative. The Women in Tax Congress is committed to providing a platform for meaningful connections and conversations.
