As you would probably know attracting and retaining staff is one of the critical issues the profession faces currently. “Development opportunities” is one of the key factors for desirable candidates to come on board and stay with your firm. Of course this adds the win-win when programs, such as those run by the Institute, deliver practical skills and provide opportunities to effectively transfer those skills to their work. With tax being one of the more difficult professions to learn, courses that deliver practical and relevant outcomes are highly sought after.
